The dangers of producers using YouTube for clips!
I guess they either don't have the original materials anymore or it would be too much money to digitise them if they do. My money is on them having lost all of the original footage - I would be amazed if the BBC keep all of their title sequences somewhere. Even the flags ident we've seen tonight could have been doctored from PABs - or were they too from YouTube?
