A red bar has been added to the studio, opposite the screen

What in the name of God is that, a cheap piece of material glued onto the back of the studio?

What on earth is it for?

Has anyone got an pictures?

I'll take a look at the end of the half hour.

if they were to have it going accross the whole studio, it would be in line with the screen and it could be used as a place holder for the sidebar.

I noticed the new red bar - might be because when they two ways in the studio it looks a bit cream behind the guest? Breaks it up a bit - or something new for the summaries?

It's quite a nice addition I reckon, matches the Rug very nicely. Oh no, I've turned into Laurence Lllewllyn Bowen. It should be on the other wall as well though with the screen on it I think.

What are they going to do for the sport, or is it on the other side as well???

It looks... stupid. What the hell is the point of it? If they wanted to add some red it should've been incorporated into the little grooves in the wall, near the bottom.

I fail to see why it's been put there, it just seems pointless.

I agree with c@t, it does seem a little pointless at the moment.

Although it may be something to do with sports news on a friday/weekends. If it's not then how are they going to put the sidebar next to the sports presenter??
