If 'moving online' means a page on iPlayer, 'pretending' its still a channel.
Looks like ATV will "move online" like BBC II!, am I right?

Didn't seem so.

Yesterday (7 March), RTP1 in Portugal launched a new look (which follows that of RTP3 and RTP Memória unveiled last year) to coincide with its 59th anniversary.

The moment when the new channel watermark unveiled
The making-of of the new idents.
By the way, it looks like they can't decide which font to use: while RTP's new corporate font is Calibre from Klim Type Foundry in New Zealand, sometimes I could spot Roboto from Google.

Interesting to see that BBC America is still using the 1997 strip style logo in their presentation http://www.bbcamerica.com/

Huh, I don't watch the channel often but this appears new. An episode of Top Gear is playing from 2009 - I'm not sure which but it appears to be a race between a blimp and a Lamborghini. The blimps landing or passing Norwich International and they're making a big deal about the blimp being uncontrollable over the runway showing it passing a jet. Of course they make it all dramatic like there was serious danger but they showed its wheels very visibly chocked.

They've been using the 'stacked' version for well over 10 years, this is new/not new.
