4mula One have prioritised races that the public want to see (GB, Belgium, Monza) and it makes sense to have more races towards the end of the year as that's when the championship is usually decided.

Except that the Last Leg came first. And they air in different countries. To different audiences. With different styles and formats.

But yeah, apart from that, they're identical.
