Sounds like the LNN testcard, which would suggest the feed went down or ITV Leeds didn't opt out at the correct time (such as for ads).

KRS is the ID given to the BT lines out of ITV on the South Bank - KRS = Kings Reach Studios (the bit of the river there is called Kings Reach). It would have said 'Southern Transmission Centre' which is what ITV's playout facility, owned by Technicolour, is called

now now Jason, we can't be saying things like that, it's not as if when they origianlly took over transmittion from Newcastle they made a mess of it now is it?
