Well, that's pissed on C4's bonfire !

Channel 4 give up horse racing to show F1, and then are given three years notice after showing one qualifying race. (That's not exactly how it went down but it's one way to look at it!)


ITV's racing contract runs until the end of 2020, so Channel 4 presumably will still have two years without either F1 or racing

That hasn't stopped BT with Showcase...

I'd be surprised (bar the British GP) if any races would be on Pick at all. If anything they're more likely to end up on Sky Sports Mix or Sky 1.

Free-to-air doesn't mean universally available.

Free-to-air doesn't mean universally available.


No but it does rule out Sky One and Sky Sports Mix as you need a subscription package for those. Considering Sky's only FTA channels are universally available, that basically points to Pick.
