Managed to catch this while at work... because I work for a company where I have to watch TV and listen to radio (while logging details of the content) for a living! 
There was a technical problem with this afternoon's lunchtime regional news bulletin on ITV1 Wales... just as the break before the regional news was ending the screen went grey, then after a while an ITV1 (not branded Wales) slide came up with some generic fault announcements before we could "join the programme"... which then turned out to be the West news.
The fault doesn't appear to be on the ITV Local website, and the Wales news seemed to be the only region affected. It was interesting to see how a local fault was handled, although it probably wasn't that difficult to handle it as all the regions come from the same playout centre these days.
