Do these tours exist? You can get informal tours, say if you have a close friend or relative working there or someone you know. I don't belive there are official tours.

Sounds like someone is trying to be so so funny and failing.

T'other is a perfectly reasonable thread so I see no need to extract the urine from it.

Consider yourself told off, "Jane Lewis Fan".

No I won't m8! and I'm not trying to be so so funny! Sad These tours DID exist, a good number of years ago and a long time before the Granada/Carton merger and all this ITV Plc nonsense started. At the time, they were only available to school kids in the early-mid '90s, in addition to winning £100 or something like that.

If you knew there WERE tours and there aren't any now, why did you post? Here we go again Jane.

Jonathan pal - it's to ask if anyone has any memories of going on one? As you know, ITN are no longer the great and superior news organisation they once were, and I thought it would be a great idea to post this topic and ask if anyone remembers being on one?

No harm in that. Ok, to you it might seem a daft post - but hey you can only try. Wink There's no harm in asking, believe me - you think this is a stupid post? I've seen much much worse.

It was a daft post because you put rolling eyes at the end of it. Generally that indicates whether or not a post is going to be a p iss take or not. Which it did appear to be.

Heyho.

Well mate, I don't see it like that - maybe you do but rolling eyes to me indicates "is it, isn't it" or "will it, won't it". Each of us will see things from a different perspective other than YOURS mate. Just accept that you've been told now. Very Happy

Mad As for all my previous posts, you are in NO position to judge that! Surprised I also see that some of your posts are pretty dam daft too like! Here's a few words of advice for you:before accusing someone - look at yourself!
Very Happy Wink

Stop calling me "mate", you cretin; your posts are often ridiculous loads of tosh monaning to us how fabulous Scotland Today is. Do not lecture me on the language of the forum; I've been here longer than you, and have (nearly) consistently written in proper English to go with that as well. This is juxtaposed to your odd combination of faux-Scottish speak (no-one I know from Scotland uses that kind of speak online) and txt-spk (which is just fricking annoying, no questions). Why is it you choose to continually "wind us up" with this barrage of rubbish? Or at least attempt, because it only makes you unpopular, love.

Oh, I forgot! "Dinnae" worry, Jane Lewis and her fantabulous ST team will fix EVERYTHING, won't they!

Seriously, either grow up or leave. If Gavin Scott can manage to post without all this faux-Scots crap, then why can't you?

Look, please hear me out Sad

I'm not "choosing" to continually wind up anyone to be quite frank, as I wouldn't want to do that. Whoever is just ASSUMING that I'm winding folk up deliberately is wrong - very wrong!

I'm sure your as faithful to your ITV local news as I am to mine, but for heavens sake - please calm down. There is no need to get like this! Sad I know what it's like to have someone winding you up, and it's not nice at all - I certainly wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else.

Are you threatening me? I will ignore that threat.
