What is the regulatory/compliance situation with Referendum Campaign Broadcasts? If, hypothetically, such a broadcast contained factual inaccuracies, would OFCOM have any juristiction?

Some would say that last night's was based around one massive one but this probably isn't the place to comment

You may think that was what prompted my post, but I couldn't possibly comment.

At least not here...

Right, I get that PEBs didn't get shown on BBC One HD, because London got different ones from the rest of England, nor on BBC Two HD, because on top of that, the nations got different ones (and they want to risk people seeing the wrong one for their region)

But can anyone explain why the RCBs aren't listed as being shown on BBC One HD, but are on BBC Two HD? It appears that Vote Leave had one UK-wide broadcast last night, but tonight Stronger IN have a different broadcast in each of the nations.

Sounds like a listings cock up, unless they're doing different things in certain English regions.

Confirmed, it's going out on BBC One HD in England.

Tomorrow night sees the first of Sky News' EU Debate programmes.

Build up starts at 7pm with the programmes running from 8-9pm and analysis programmes from 9-10pm.

On Thuesday 'EU: In or Out' sees David Cameron being quizzed about Remain by Faisal Islam and then an audience Q&A section presented by Kay Burley.

There's another on Friday with Michael Gove from Leave being quizzed in the same format.

Doesn't say where these are being filmed. Are they at Sky Studios?

This is the same studio set up that was used for the Cameron and Miliband debate last year isn't it?

Totally different building, actually. I think you'll like what you see on the wider shot. To my knowledge, it's not a space that's ever been used on-air before.

Here's some wider shots.
The report that contained these shots said its at Sky Centre.

Is that part of their new complex?

Is that part of their new complex?

New-ish. The building in question (called "The Hub") actually opened about 18 months ago, but is largely an administrative space, and as I've said, to my knowledge, hasn't actually been used as a broadcasting venue until now.

But to answer your question more-directly... no, it's not the building you've seen on Kay's Periscope tours.
