Had a go at recreating the Sky1 ident from the 'tombstone' set of idents, created by Novocom in the 90s. I first got Sky around the time these idents were being used, and despite them being really old fashioned and over the top, I still love them.
Brilliant. I loved that branding. So uniformed, but with little tweaks and the immense musical variations it created a fantastic branding for an entertaining and informative family of channels.
