Is TV-Ark now 'dead'?

No updates in 2 months, no information as to why.... is this sadly the end of TV-Ark?

You might want to look at the BBC National pages...example below:

...which indicate that they're revamping their graphics.

EDIT (Sun-19-Oct): now that they've oddly moved back to their original layout, the original post is now somewhat...pointless.

Well I've clicked on the link which you have put there so I have looked round the BBC One section and the BBC News section, and it is a worth looking at the Breakfast News section as it must be the only site which has the 1993 Breakfast News titles, ahh great memories coming back, anyway the new look looks a lot better and is a bit of a refreshing change from blue, I assume the links to the other parts of the site will now be on the right.

Ouch, I'm not too keen on them changing the look if that's the case.

i agree with Das on that one. I prefer the way it was.

We're currently updating the Ark with lot's of new clips and a shiny new server.

Normal service will resume as soon as possible.

........I thought this was funny as I usually go to www.tv-ark.co.uk, is it moving?

They're moving some of their servers about atm. And incidentally, there have been some updates recently, but it seems the updates page itself is broken.

TV Ark Forum

The forum still works, and some of us are still posting!

TV Ark is very much alive. The server move is complete.

Please note the usual address - www.tv-ark.co.uk - is in full working order.

so when do we see the complete new look thats on tv-ark.org.uk?

What happened to the example pages of the new look (BBC National)? Its gone back to the old look TV Ark, and taken its new clips(eg. BBC Breakfast News 1993) with it.

Maybe you were hallucinating?
