YTV just used 'Live Action' ident!

For the first time 'ever' - YTV have just used the 'Welding' ITV1 Hearts Ident!.

This was before 'Striking Miners Wives'.

As this is a regional programme, it shouldn't have used an ITV1 ident at all, but I suppose Welding was quite suitable?

Its the first time a 'live action' ident has been used for many month, about March/April!.
But they must have had some made!

Tyne Tees used a full version of their regional ident at the same time, also for the first time in a long while. It shows that they still have the idents in the server, so why aren't they making more use of them I wonder?

Did anyone notice yesterday afternoon (Sunday) that all 7 GMG stations ran their own schedual all afternoon from 2pm till early evening, meaning all Leeds stations would have had regional continuity. I bet this is the first time this has happened

Sunday afternoons are one of the few times that ITV1 has a more free-flowingly local schedule (as opposed to a couple of hours a day the rest of the week) - except during Grand Prix of course...
