I don't doubt that the PR offices and graphics teams from all of the major networks look at this forum.
I presume people from Sky look at it, basically because of the fact that I have not advertised my site anywhere else other than this forum and I have been told that material on my site has been shown to graphics dept. at Sky News.
So yes is the answer.
As for Kay Burley defecting...or any of the Sky presenters for that matter, never I think is the word that sums that up.
Many of the Sky presenters worked on terrestrial, Kay was a presenter on 'Good Morning Britain' - TV-AM.
She moved to Sky when it launched and presented on launch night... she seems to have far much more fun on Sky than any other channel she has been on in the past.
Kay is too Skyish to go on normal news.
By this I mean she is far too used to breaking into spontaneous chat to be able to run to a schedule, if you think about it Sky is the only channel that has such chat and I think that it would be far to boring to see her for just 30 mins a day looking all dull
Personally I think Sky have the presenter male/female partnerships very well done.
Has anyone else noticed how Lisa Aziz and Jeremy Thompson actually really hate each other?
They have been presenting together presumably whilst Kay is on holiday and they never talk, and because of this they never talk about who is going to read what and get things confused.... I am convinced they hate each other!
