You TV 3

My Sky+ box just froze, and came back on Channel 999. The only thing I can see that's different is that You TV 3 has now vanished from Channel 180 - it was certainly there earlier on today.

Obviously it wasn't doing well!

Is this another Auction World?

I wouldn't worry about the loss of one of the most pointless TV channels there has ever been. While they're about it, here's
hoping that You TV 1 and 2 also disappear soon as well as at least 95% of those worthless live phone in quiz channels!

I find it odd that nothing was mentioned on DigitalSpy, they usually have notification of channel closures.

Having lasted less than 3 weeks, You TV 3 must be one of the shortest lived channels

Apparently, according to DS forums, YouTV 3 was showing porno at lunchtime the other day.

Maybe that's got something to do with it.

Another reason why they've closed it, possibly following the porn incident is that (I'm guessing after that) it had been displaying "we are currently experiencing techincal difficulties" all day in silence with just a still saying You TV on it - so dont think many people would want to watch just that either!
