A new DTT channel called "XtraView" has debuted on channel 36. You get a few hours each of the (non-adult) channels
you'd get with a subscription to TopUpTV. The only setback is that it costs £1 a day, payable via obtaining a special
code via an 0901 premium rate telephone call. Although in essence, having this sort of channel is good, and helps
you to decide whether TopUpTV is worth forking out a monthly subscription charge or not.

But (IMHO) it would be better if this channel was available free. Charging £1 a day for this is bloody extortionate!

Oh well, not to worry, never mind, can't be helped I s'pose! Since I don't really have time to check out every TVF thread
these days, this is one of the ones I missed out on. Eitherway, I still think this Xtraview thing should be available for free,
especially if TopUpTV want to attract more of theFreeview only DTT box owners to cough up the necessary monthly subs.

Anyway, since there's already an existing thread regarding Xtraview . . . mods, feel free to put this one on lockdown . . . !

But I wouldn't buy a bloody £80 box even though I already have one, just for eight rubbish channels (apart from E4)
