I thought the Celeb Chase had already been moved to the sundays? Since the 7pm slot already had that strange cannonball show.

The US set nailed that in 2013 and surprised that never made it over to the UK once the US series was axed - after all by 2014 the UK set was 5 years old, and for it's sister show no BGT set has lasted longer than 3 years.
This looks good and long overdue - but do think they need to up their staging from the beginning now. The Six Chair Challenge set is a very cheap version of the X set from the US, whilst Bootcamp is little more than a stage and screen. Did like the audition set this year though.
A shame that there's no physical X on set, I still liked the original set for that, rather than a bank of monitors that we have now.

I wonder if ITV would be tempted to schedule it on a different night, say mid week, though now that they have a lot of soap episodes it'd be hard to schedule there.
For the first time I haven't found the necessity to watch this series, I have watched most episodes but skipping all of the filler and sometimes part of the songs. I watched all of the judges houses and will watch live as this is where the competition gets interesting (for me).
I doubt ITV would remove the X Factor from Saturday nights until they have a new vehicle to replace it, it may be lower than strictly by a large margin, however it still pulls in the highest figures for a commercial channel.

So Ninja Warrior was a repeat and considering they don't vary obstacles much and have returning contestants they might get away with it - well if they didn't leave in the viewer comp and just put a graphic over it saying it's a repeat.
Really don't understand why they don't just edit those out of repeats - they're seperate VTs so it's not exactly difficult and you'd imagine they'd be edited out if the rights were sold on to Challenge or someone. You'd think post phone-in scandals not including comps in repeats following the closing time would be one of the first things they'd have addressed, and it's something relatively simple to do.
