It looks like it. Probably stretched to fit the word ‘Celebrity’ underneath it.
Have they widened The X Factor 'X' symbol? Bloody horrible.

Looks like they’ve made some changes to the set this week! The large ‘X’s’ are gone from either side of the stage as well as the corridors replaced with screens and there is more audience in front of the judges desk too.
They can never leave the show alone can they? Not that I’m saying the set was perfect last week or anything!

The change to the stage wings and corridor does make the stage seem larger than it did last week.
The audience behind the judges seem to be less lit during the critique which works better and having audience in front fills the void. The atmosphere translates better on screen this week.
The downside for me is the introduction of the family and friends in a marquee that is being cut to mid performance for reaction shots.

Simon is acting tonight like he knows the show has been axed and is deliberately going out with a bang.

Would people start giving some context to their posts?

I thought they were the bits of the set that made it slightly more interesting. Only saw it briefly tonight but being inside a giant video cube doesn't really translate well on screen really.
From Twitter though they've been making up the rules as they go along again, deciding the "safe seats" are for any act, not just their own (the buzzer is so tacky and derivative of BGT too, and just not necessary). Then Simon not being bothered to vote at the end despite just like last week the choice being obvious, and just like last week the wrong choice being made.
I really do hope it has finally been axed by ITV - it was questionable enough renewing it three years ago never mind now, and it just feels like it needs putting out of it's misery for the sake of everyone.
