HMV have started pre-orders on Amelia Lily's Winners Single. It's most probably just the case of a webpage being uploaded too early but it has still caused a stir on Twitter and online news sites.
And here is the link for anyone interested in pre-ordering the CD for £3.99:
http://hmv.com/hmvweb/simpleMultiSearch.do?searchUID=&pGroupID=0&adultFlag=false&simpleSearchString=amelia+lily&primaryID=0&btnSubmitSearch.x=0&btnSubmitSearch.y=0
Here is a screenshot incase the page gets taken down:

Official Statement from the X Factor Twitter feed:
Quote:
We have just received this from HMV: "It's just come to light that there was a technical issue uploading details of two of the artists to our site, which meant that only Amelia Lily's details appeared. However, these have been temporarily removed so that all three finalists details will go up simultaneously tomorrow morning. Once up, fans will be able to pre-order the single by their preferred finalist but only orders for the eventual winner's single will be processed and charged for. This was due to an unforeseen technical issue, and nothing further should be construed from it."

Fix claims are always so lazy, aren't they? Clearly either a mistake (businesses do this sort of thing all the time - preparing all outcomes so the right one is ready and waiting to go, in this case whoever's single it is who wins) or even someone trying to provoke this kind of 'storm'.
People can say what they like about X Factor's dramas and the like, but the phonelines are not fixed in any way. The fix claimers really think ITV, Simon Cowell, Talkback Thames etc would take even the slighest risk? Absolute madness.
I know for a fact that back in 2009 only one person on the entire production (inc ITV) knew anything about the way the phone voting was even heading. And it wasn't Simon Cowell. I doubt this has changed.
Fix claims on such reputable programmes with so much at stake are both lazy and stupid.

I seem to remember he will be back for the final, although this may have changed am not sure.
More importantly, is Simon Cowell going to attend this year's final?? It'd be great if he is - imagine the ratings if he was back this weekend!!

I'm interested to see what the show is going to look like this weekend, what with it coming live from Wembley Arena - is there going to be some sort of modified set? Is it going to sound awful? I imagine both shows littered with long pauses, sound issues, and shots of crew running about the stage.

There was talk when he originally quit but I've seen nothing during the series itself and really don't see the advantage now - I don't think him passing judgement on acts voted through to the final adds anything, unlike him judging a show mid-series when there is still time for contestants to grow.
I think next year it might be an idea to rival Strictly's Wembley week with a Hollywood week and send the contestants off to the US set for a week, with Simon guest judging or mentoring.
Exactly. And like with Leon and Rhydian back in Series 4 it's pretty wide open this weekend so expect such fix talk yet again.

Why? Do you really think taking the crew out of Fountain will cause them to forget how to put a programme together?
