Sharon could work, it would be a bit of a step back but would also provide a bit of continuity which it needs. It totally depends on who the fourth judge is, they completely misjudged the situation when hiring Dannii as her and Sharon will have had similar types of appeal, whereas Cheryl brought something completely new.
If they opt for 3 new judges, they should just go the whole mile and ditch Louis in favour of an entirely new panel. Him being there like last years left overs makes no sense at all.

So in her introduction speech, Cheryl uses a word (process) which is pronounced differently in British English than it is in American English, and opts to use the British version. Surely she's not too thick to learn a list of words that are pronounced differently and adapt to her audience.

If the country she was in was a non-english speaking country then yes she should really speak in the native language. But this is just another variation of English, so why should she switch to that? If that were the accepted convention, why doesn't she put on a Welsh accent or a Northern Irish accent at various points during UK X-Factor? Or go completely Royal Shakespeare Company with it and be as posh as possible? I'd actually find it more distracting having her do that.

Kelly Rowland not comfirmed as the third X Factor judge! Do you see anything official from ITV Press Centre, X Factor Website/Facebook/Twitter - NO! So therefore you can't say it's confirmed.
Kelly Roland
comfirmed
as the third X Factor judge!

Says it all really.
If your going to disagree with someone over it - please get your facts right in the first place.
I think a Wikipedia article on it would be more reliable, if your going to put a Daily Mail/Fail link.

Really? I'd have thought 'Mrs O' and Cole would appeal to more of a similar kind of audience.
