Todays Mirror says David Gest is set to replace Louis (ok, maybe) and Konnie Huq for presenter (no, definately not).
Another new name entering the fray might be Mylene Klass.

Now, some shows can survive the big revamps - but often they mark the beginning of the end and nothing I've heard so far particularly makes me want to watch the fourth series.
The American Idol-esque changes made for the third series were a disaster IMO, such as introducing star guests that really weren't interested in the contestants and especially the theming of each week's shows, which really did inhibit the contestants. The strength of the first two series was the range of acts on offer, rather than just a dozen practical clones.

Personally I'd like Philip Schofield to host the show - so long as he doesn't bring Fern with him. That wouldn't work.

With the names being bandied about, I'm starting to think Kate wasn't that bad after all!!
Myleene Klass, have a day off!! How about Andi Peters???? or Ed the Duck???
Dermot would probably be a good choice, as for the judge, Chris Moyles would be ace, I'm not bothered as long as it isn't Martine McCutcheon

Remember though the judges are also a mentor. While Moyles might make a good judge (I'm not so sure myself) he has no expeirence in mentoring and managing acts.

Remember though the judges are also a mentor. While Moyles might make a good judge (I'm not so sure myself) he has no expeirence in mentoring and managing acts.

Well Simon has said many times that he would like to have Victoria Beckham as a Judge on one of his shows, so maybe Victoria could replace Louis.
If Geri can be a judge on Popstars, I don’t see why not Victoria.

As I said regarding Moyles, it's not just the judging you have to consider, it's also the mentoring aspect - though I wouldn't put it past Mr Cowell to dileberatly choose the worst mentors possible to increase his chances of winning.
Perhaps having seperate judges and mentors wouldn't be a bad idea.

Agreed regarding Moyles, as much of a fan of him that I am I just don't think he would be that good as a mentor, they'd more likely be down the pub than in singing sessions with him.
