Well Hope and Beverly in the final two with Beverley leaving. Big shame, she had the best voice of the evening in my opinion. I think it was a case of people presuming she was safe.

... and the curse of being first on. To be honest though it was a more level playing field tonight and I don't think Beverley was so good she should have been safe.
I think Sharon though sent it to deadlock in the belief Hope would go. Good on her for doing it after weeks of judges moaning about the decision, basing their decision on what the public wants and then making the decision rather than sending it to deadlock and the public vote.
And in the sing off though I think Beverley is the better act due to Hope's reliance on Phoebe, I think Phoebe did give a far better performance than Beverley.
Her going should boost Niki as I think they attracted the same type of voter - though Niki is nothing like the act she was in the first couple of weeks and seems to be making up the numbers now.
Rhydian at his best when they just rely on his voice, while for the first time tonight Leon seemed 100% confident on the stage. Giving Brian Friedman the week off was inspired.
As for Same Difference - forget Trevor and Julie, put them on News at Ten - things wouldn't seem so bad with them reading the news!
Next week it's two songs each and all on the public vote then - though IMO they should hold on to the judges vote one more week as ultimately it does make a better results show.
Finally, judging the judges and Danni Minogue has really made her mark IMO. At the audition stage she didn't make an impact as I think most of her comments were left on the cutting room floor, but during the live shows she has been spot on with most of her critiques and isn't afraid to point out the flaws in the performance without resorting to the personal snipes Louis Walsh relies on.
P.S. God - Westlife really do put the bland into boyband don't they!

If Hope dont go next week, I'll be incredibly surprised. Beverley was far better tonight than them - still not great admittedly, but Hope's performance was absolutely awful. Again.
Agreed on the previous comments about Dannii - she is a great judge and seems to really have her head screwed on when it comes to offering constructive criticism. I can tell she really cares for her acts too.

Yes thats correct. I cant see Hope lasting much longer tbh, they have been in the bottom three times now which means they cant be that popular with the viewers. And now it is all down to the public from next week I will be surprised if they stay in next week. A shame as they are by far the better of the 2 groups left IMO.

Well, I'm happy to admit I was wrong. Same Difference were actually pretty good. I would have got rid of Hope, that was just an awful performance.
