The X Factor

Sorry if this has been mentioned in this thread already. But Leona was singing on Phillip Schofeilds Night Before Christmas. She was doing it live from a Hospital. One of the places the show was visiting..

I'm not surprised. Disappointed in her video (just clips of the X Factor as per Shayne Ward last year) but again, I don't suppose they had much time.

I really hope this isn't a one hit wonder for her and that she's onto bigger and better things. According to Simon on The Xtra Factor last week, he got hold of one of the major record producers in LA for her so here's hoping she has a great future and doesn't fade away.

Back to the TV side and it's probably just paper talk but apparantly Cowell wants rid of Sharron Osbourne for not being witty enough this year - and having a fued with Chris Tarrant in the studio!


Losing Louis wouldn't upset the show too much, but for me I've always found Sharron to be pretty crucial to it, and at times her opinions have been more valued than Simon Cowell's!

Hardly surprising but Well Done Leona!

Sharon would be no great loss either - they could easily get someone to replace her. Often she will slag off Simon's acts and say her own and Louis are wonderful. It gets tedious after a while.

I don't think you can loose Sharon from the show really, she's the only one who's honest about all acts without overstating. Would love to see Louis replace by Paula Abdul - the question is can the Fountain Studios hold that much alcohol??

I wouldn't object to Sharon being axed. Might just be what the show needs.

Maybe axe the show completely and come up with a new format?

When it's capable of attracting over 10 million viewers I hardly think ITV will think about axing it for a few years yet.

I agree, maybe not axing it then, more like resting it while something else gets a chance.

I guess that 'britain's got talent' thing is the new cowell project and looking to pull similar viewers, however i don't think it'll be as big as x factor.

X factor and im a celeb are in my opinion the best shows on ITV1
