Oh s***. I'm scared to say a Christmas tradition has been set. Every Christmas for the next five or so years. The Christmas number 1 single will be from the X Factor winner. The music video will feature clips from the X Factor. The winner in tears. Confetti everywhere.
It's a complete disaster. I see manufactured stars as rubbish. Girls Aloud rubbish, Liberty X rubbish, Leona rubbish.
I probably wouldn't be this angry is she wasn't going to number 1 at Christmas. Only consolation is that Take That will have the Christmas number 1 album.
My Christmas is ruined.

Oh Boo Hoo - Some "manufactured rubbish" have created great songs though. Look at Girls Aloud, everytime im in the Village Inn, they always play it. Even my "butch" mates singing along.
I guess each to there own.

But isn't Take That a manufactured band too? Just not manufactured by a TV show? Whats the difference?

yes but it is (us) the public who are putting them at number one in the end. I think Leona deserves it, but would have liked to see Girls aloud there
