I'm sooo glad he's finally out!!!
Thank you, Simon!

Simon obviously voting with his "TV Producer" hat on, rather than competitive hat.

Right choice for the show - wrong choice for Simon though!

P.S. "Not the last you've heard of me" - well, apart from half an hour on ITV2!

Eaton Road and Ray where crap, the only reason Simon picked Robert is because he knew he was better.

He explained his decision, and I'd say that was genuine. Eaton Road are a major threat to his Leona, but they are better for the competition than Robert.

next week's theme is 'movies' according to Simon on ITV2

I think the show would be so dull and c**p without eton road because as mentioned they are the fun factor. Okay their voices aren't perfect, but their performances are so varied which is so refreshing.

Eton Road and Leona are the only acts that really keep your interest week in, week out.

Ben can be a challenger, but I don't think he's as essential to the show.

It's back upto 90 minutes next week and Simon will have to listen to the McDonald Brothers performing two songs!

I hope then that they are at least given more freedom of choice over their second song.

Im glad Simon made the right decision - Eton Road were good tonight, Robert was ok but not as good as Eton Road. However I thought Simon might get rid of Eton Road as they are a threat to Leona.

Ray should have gone, he was awful. He sang one of my favourite songs but totally ruined it.

I thought Eton Road were very poor tonight - it was a bad song choice and their voices weren't up to scratch at all so I was quite surprised when Simon said Robert. He was pretty good tonight.

My favourites are still Ben and Leona but it would be quite good hearing Leona do a more up-tempo track.

Eton Road have more longevity than Robert. Simple as!

They were okay tonight, average. Next week they'll do better as they're singing a ballad.

Simon is so contradictive at times. When it was the Final showdown he said "I'll be judging plainly on tonight's performance so Robert you already have a head start". Rolling Eyes

Anyway, McDonalds out next week please!
