Have there been adverts for next year? I don't recall seeing any tonight.

Yes there were, and there have been over the last couple if weeks, with Simon inviting people to audition in the spring.

Yes, I think there was an advert both last night and tonight.

Sarah-Jane Crawford has become very good indeed on Xtra Factor by the way, I think. She maybe needs a co-presenter to bounce off though.

Re: Mel B. Something not right tonight. See the tweets from her sister, a bit cryptic but I imagine all will come out in the papers this week.

Either way the Bookies were right, BUT now comes the interesting aspect the voting number for each show.

Here they are! Andrea top of the vote for the first three weeks, then Ben all the way through to tonight!

Shocking! I thought that Fleur did better in the voting. She deserves a better career though.

Off the top of my head, The X Factor winners have been:

2004 - Steve Brookstein
2005 - Shayne Ward
2006 - Leona Lewis
2007 - Leon Jackson
2008 - Alexandra Burke
2009 - Joe McElderry
2010 - Matt Cardle
2011 - Little Mix
2012 - James Arthur
2013 - Sam Bailey
2014 - Ben Haenow

(Except for 2012 which I had to Google)
