Nothing scheduled for the week it premieres, but a couple of TBA slots the following Thursday and Friday, so possible they'll start it a week later to avoid dropping episodes when FOX do for the World Series.
Is X Factor USA going to be on ITV2 again?

American Idol was always a week later iirc!
I'm excited for the USA version, it seems the most innovative incarnation of the show yet in terms of presentation. It's very bright and colourful - I wonder if the look of the promo shots will materialise onscreen?

I think the problem really set in here is when Simon, Cheryl and Dannii left last year replaced by three new judges. While the show should be about the acts and talent, the 'dream team' of them and Louis worked perfectly and that will always be its peak.
The format of the auditions this year and the way it is packaged is very sickly. The show has always been accused of being fake, but the way they have packaged the auditonees this year one has to ask are they deliberately taking the piss out of the viewers? I think i've said before but people in TV world seem utterly disconnected from the 'real people'.

And now you've edited your post to make it look as if you already knew, which makes my post look silly
Incidentally Shu Greene was the person who said Simon Cowell had over every week re-editing BGT whilst The Voice was ahead in the ratings.

I hope someone was sacked for this.
Surprised none of you eagle eyed TV Forum members noticed this during the X Factor credits last night!
