And there's the key change!

Note how they're not plugging the Help for Heroes song now the winners single is out - wouldn't surprise me if they withdrew it from sale.

No CD factory this year? Where the **** is Andy Peters!? Laughing

Maybe he had better thinks to do than stand in a CD factory all night waiting for a two minute segment

Really - I doubt it!

I'm pretty sure he is the only person who could do the item.

I have no idea who Alexandra is.

how silly did peter dickson's big voice sound doing the address for next years entry.

interesting carphone warehouse didn't bother to make three stings and play out the correct one.

I thought that. With the amount they spend it would have been nothing - even if they had to do the twelve at the start of the series.

I just don't like this years song which isn't good. Considering the track doesn't get weeks of pre-release play it needs to be instantly liked. Having said that I'm sure there will people who will go out and buy it purely because it's X Factor.

It's an odd choice isn't it. Have they ever done an original song at the end of X Factor? There was sound of the underground for girls aloud after popstars but didn't Will Young have a cover in Pop Idol?

Will Young's was Evergreen and not a cover - neither was Michelle's on Pop Idol 2 I believe.

The only X-factor original is Shane Ward's "That's My Goal"

I did find that funny, nobody has ever made terms and conditions sound so exciting

Evergreen was a cover of a Westlife album track.

Fair point, I didn't know that, but it wasn't going to be recognisable to the masses like the past few years on X-factor
