Just to bring you guys up to date on what's happening over here,
Normal programming has been suspended on all major networks and news channels. NBC, CBS, and ABC have had continuous non-interupted news coverage all day - alternating between local and national news
The news channels have had live uninterrupted coverage since this thing broke yesterday --
MSNBC has been presented by mostly Brian Williams and John Seigenthaler with the title 'Attack on America' (used across all NBC networks)
CNBC has had a mix between NBC, MSNBC, and their own coverage
As for presentation - NBC networks have used orange/yellow/red colours -- images of the WTC 'explosions' and what have you are evident in the astons and full screens (generally they are the most ugly i think) -- they have a black ticker at the bottom of the screen with the latest news of the attacks and aftermath
CNN and CNNfn have had on The Day After: America Under Attack using presenters Aaron Browne, Bill Hemmer, Judy Woodruff, Joie Chen, and other regular anchors -- CNN Headline News is doing a special service with their own graphics and music -- they are having breaks every no and again
CNN are using their generic 'blue globe' astons and fullscreens -- they too have a ticker resembling the generic graphics -- these are very nice
Fox News Channel have used all of their presenters, mostly Sheperd Smith and Bill O'Reilly, with the title Terrorism hits America -- FNC is actualy broadcasting on the Fox network too (off and on)
Fox are using blue/red/purple type astons and graphics - they don't look very nice -- they are also using their standard ticker that they use off and on during normal programming
ABC's graphics are just their generic blue (which are nice btw) --- unlike all the other networks, they don't feature any special aston giving the latest news etc -- they're using their generic special report titles, with some adaptations
CBS's graphics are VERY nice -- they're using the CBS Evening News astons, but created a new 'extended information' one……I think CBS national news has been on the least at least here in New York, CBS 2 are doing a lot of their own coverage
I wish I could get screen shots for you people, I've got it on tape though……
And I'm sorry if anyone thinks this is insensitive or whatever -- I can understand that, but my thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims and rescue workers- that's all that really matters anyway

CNN's coverage has been excellent - have found myself watching it from about 5pm onwards UK time once the BBC and Sky have run out of new things to say.
We normally get CNN international in the UK, which in my view is far too biased towards financial news, but they've been taking the 'proper' USA service since shortly after the second plane hit, save for a few opts out for European news.
On a related point, does anyone know *where* in London the CNN newsroom is, haven't seen it discussed before.

Images from Greek television
All the stations here used whatever pictures were available to them. CNN was used extensively, as were BBC World and SkyNews. Surprisingly, EuroNews was seen quite often, as was the Spanish language TVE.

The sickest 'reporting' I have seen yet: TEMPO has just shown a video of New York
'recorded only last week'
made from a helicopter flying past the WTC - saying this is what the passengers on the 'planes would have seen in their last moments.
Unbelievable.
