Any source for that, before someone from Digital Spy reads it and transfers it over there as a fact?

The scorebar seems to have gone wrong on ITV. It's stuck on 16:25. They've now taken it down

It wasn't there for the start of the match either! It only appeared after the first 12 minutes. They're obviously having some issues with it!

According to someone at Digital Spy who works for ITV Sport they decided to go back to London because the studio is too small for three pundits, but in fact they only have two pundits in the studio. There is a report of it in the People today, which you may not believe, but if you read the comments on DSpy it's clear that the official explanation doesn't hold water.

Now I know these aren't the most reliable sources, but can you offer a better explanation for why the final is the only game ITV isn't presenting from Germany?
