Probably the culprit - thanks.
Anyone else having problems getting the live streams to work on Firefox?

One thing's clear following the coverage today, the programme for the Winter Paralympics badly needs expansion with more events, or alternatively compression time wise. Real major gaps in the available 'action' today. One Alpine Skiing event, lasted barely 14 minutes, between the competitors starting and the result being known. I can see why so many countries have declined live coverage. C4 were struggling this morning. Arthur and Kelly going into repeat mode frequently.
See that from tomorrow Cheltenham takes Channel 4, and the Paralympics are shifted across to More4 during 'The Morning Line' and the Festival itself.

Which Elstree?
Elstree Studios, or BBC Elstree?
I'm guessing it's the former, as no doubt Sunset & Vine with no IBC this time, need a studio, production area and links to the OBS fibre optic/Satellite network to bring the footage in - which is where BBC Studios come in.
Suppose it was Elstree, or use IMG production facilities, as they administer the Olympic archive would also have access to the event feeds coming out of Sochi.

Couldn't agree more - I know it's roughly a quarter of the events of the 'regular' Winter Olympics, but it does seem that no-one told the schedulers at 124 Horseferry Road.
I'd have prefered to see 2x 2hour live programming blocks 6 -8am, and then 11am - 1pm, with a round-up at 5pm and the usual 30 min highlights at 7.30.
Have easly droppable programmes either side of those blocks if there's a potential gold for TeamGB which would otherwise only be seen by taking to Channel4.com.
Also from what I saw of the coverage on Saturday and Sunday, having an increasing reliance on getting another wave of the 'Curling' love-in off the ground again, with it seemingly getting on air less as a filler, and more of a must see - even though we are still deep into round robin format, could drag the otherwise faultless coverage onto very thin ice (pun intended..)

The Winter Paralympics is thin on the ground content wise compared to it's summer equivalent, but then again there were times during the Winter Olympics too when live action was thin on the ground.
Adding a Womens Sledge Hockey tournament would help - officially it's a mixed tournament but there isn't a single woman in the teams in Sochi, so that is an obvious place to start and at least then they can be scheduled to ensure action every day - they just need to make sure it fits within the 9 day window.

I know the facilities in Sochi are extravagant in nature and spread, but on this occasion the Paralympics could realistically have been run in parallel with the Olympics. An extension of four days to the Olympic Schedule, maybe with a slightly larger Curling Venue and they'd have completed both events together.
Branding, Logo and commercial issues, ads in the Paralympics, not in the Olympics for example, could have been overcome as with the different court presentation in Indian Wells for the concurrent ATP and WTA tennis events in progress at present.
Naturally, a much more budget conscious event and venue would preclude this in the future.

Agree slightly, although with some magic with the schedule, key events could be isolated and given slots which would facilitate wide coverage of them. In some markets it might be desirable for disabled sport to be so slotted - minority coverage being better than none..
Of course the unique nature of the UK rights conflict would be fun to see played out in a simultaneous games scenario.

As a random aside, I really like the titles this year!
