I'd expect all lanes to be covered for the Curling these days - but I might be wrong.

What OBS do provide - in addition to a cut feed of events - is beauty cameras as ISOs - which can be used to leave/join an event, and used live (or turned around on EVS) as backings for your own graphic tables etc.

Yup, all four sheets at curling are covered separately, and at least one of them is available in 4K.

OBS generally also provide at least half of the 12 beauty cameras at any one time - usually ones relevant to the venues in use on the day.

They're also providing (as an optional extra) Multi Clips Feeds for some events, which are essentially an instant highlights channel, with extra angles and slo-mos which might not have otherwise been used on the main feed.

One beauty camera I see frequently is one showing Today’s JAWS studio and their Hollywood Squares standup position liveshots for affiliates. It has the Today logo projected on to the live shot positions. Now I’m not sure if that’s one provided by OBS or NBC. I figure it could be either as Today has a prime location on the Olympic Park - next to the hockey center in the middle of the park.

JAWS studio?

The Today studio can be seen on the Gangneung Coastal Cluster camera, and often on the cable cam, when it's pointing at the hockey arena there.

This is my first time seeing the BBC studio in the day time. I always though the studio was based in the same building as BBC Breakfast and BBC Sport but seeing it in the day makes me think its based at the top of Dock House. Is this correct?

P.s. Sorry if already been said.

Yes, it's the top corner of Dock House, the side next to Orange tower (ITV and the uni).

Just Add Water Studio water for cooling. Is the light projecting the Today logo on?

Now is this speedometer graphic standard for all regions or is NBC covering up a version that’s in km/h? And if it’s a cover up is it in the same style or just a standard text box? I think I saw another sport where there was a km/h graphic in the bottom.

That looks identical to the speedometer being used for the Bobsleigh that is in kph.

There's a km/h graphic in the standard OBS style that appears up there at the same point in each run.

I'm surpised they bother with special graphics for the one country that refuses to use metric, but then NBC pay a fortune for the rights...

When it came to bobsledding we don’t have a map of the course. Maybe it’s something that the broadcasters push?

NBC could easily cover the graphics with their own.

Edit : On the online coverage it’s in km/h and has the course map.
