Just watched BBC Two Scotland 6pm junction on iPlayer and the announcer said that Reporting Scotland would be on BBC One after the conclusion of the match. Surprised at this considering the match could well have gone on longer, in which case BBC Two Scotland surely would have shown Reporting Scotland.
I think they will keep it on BBC Two the whole time. The news will need to be shown on One today due to Tunisia and Greece stories, and I doubt they wanna put regional news on Two either. So the match will remain on Two till 7:30.
Regional news in England can't be shown on BBC Two. However it has been known for the nations to move across to BBC Two during a late running Murray match at 1830.
Yes as whilst in the past regional news could be shown on BBC Two (and in fact I think they moved it for Wimbledon just a few years before DSO), that's no longer a possibility post Digital Switchover
The regional news regularly got bumped to Two for Henman and Murray games before switchover, however this could only be seen on analogue, and even then sub-opts couldn't be shown. The practice carried on fairly late into the day, possibly as late as 2007.

And when Look Levy launched, BBC Two took Leeds instead.

I think there were a few places that couldn't opt on BBC Two at all, not even analogue. Hull, Oxford and possibly Jersey?
Certainly remember there being prompts to re-tune to analogue for regional news right up until it was switched off.

I think you're right about Oxford and Jersey taking South Today and Spotlight. Not sure about Cambridge?
Of course, in the Good Old Days (late 80s), Wimbledon used to cause other kinds of English region opting mayhem. I distinctly recall a Thursday evening where an overrunning match caused the regional news magazines on BBC1 to clash with the regional current affairs slot on BBC2. This was not at all pretty in BBC South land, and not all English regions even had dual opt chains. Genlockageddon.
