Apparently the free wi-fi was switched off at Wimbledon, and therefore the mobile data in the area was pretty much unusable too because of demand.

BBC One's expectation of their current evening schedule just isn't going to happen. Very Happy

I wonder at which point they'll start shuffling on the EPG?

Early Evening News has now been put back an hour-God knows what we will end up with after that-And there's still at least another set to go!

There's free wi-fi now? There wasn't in 2016, I could have done with it then!

It would be somewhat Ironic if Federer v Nadal final occurs at Wimbledon but because Of the World Cup Final (Even without England) the ratings are worldwide are poor.
The Women's final could get a rather low figure up against the third place play off as well if England sadly are playing in it especially as it could feature two unknown outside tennis fans players.

Probably BBC Two's also.

You’re a real bundle of laughs, aren’t you? Never one to look at the positives.

History will also probably record . . .

. . . that and perhaps other more pres related news: BBC One are also using the 'logo-free box' for cross-channel promotions from Wimbledon. Has the BBC now given up on promoting its brand?

The 'coverage continues on BBC Two' graphic before the football had a nice little animation on it too, and it's always nice to hear a wee blast of A Sporting Occasion .

I bet all the people in the regional newsrooms wish they could pre record like ITV instead of having to stick around all evening to deliver just 5 minutes of news. Especially as most of the bulletin will probably be how the England win was celebrated in our region.

That and endless Daily Mail type stories about kids who get their hair cut in some ridiculous style and then wonder why they get kicked out of school)
Yeah, there's been three articles about that in the Hull Daily Mail in the last fortnight, it's ridiculous. Oh wait, you mean the national Daily Mail? Wink

Looks more like something knocked up by Sport than anything official
