Yes she did. I didn't spot any on-screen caption this time though (certainly not on HD), wonder if any of the English regions might have done their own captions?

It's probable if that's the case they will just scrap it and extend the 22.25 bulletin. I'm sure that was the case one day last year.
Delayed to 19:00, possibly 19:30. Any later than that and they'll have to shorten it.
