That's your inference - it encompasses both more than Wimbledon Tonight.
But if you create a new brand rather than one that has traditionally been a highlights programme, you don't annoy those who traditional expect it to be a highlights programme.

I think the average viewer doesn't expect specific brands for variations on a theme.
Federer was doing rather well in his match against Djokovic, which meant it could be over within 60-90 mins, leading to Murray's match starting rather early at 3pm.
If the rain continues to stop play on everywhere but the Centre Court, wouldn't it be sensible for the All England Club to reschedule one of the delayed Doubles semi-finals to play there in between the two Men's singles matches?
Perhaps the TV audience (in the UK at least) would be far higher for Murray's match if it started at around 5:30-6pm, after people have got home from work.
EDIT:
This may not be as easy for Federer as I thought.
Either way they're still getting through the games quite quickly.
It's annoying enough to matches switch between BBC2 and BBC1 (If a World Cup semi-final kicked off at 1pm they'd never begin it on BBC2!) but to do it mid-game is ridiculous. They could have waited no more than 30 seconds longer for the game to wrap up and then switch, though really they should only switch channels at a change in ends.
