Please will someone identify this "star" of an ITV1 ident?

Also, has a full list of post-28/10/02 ITV1 idents ever become available? All the stars who appear, how many versions of their idents exist, and do those variants have particular names eg. the three for Davina McCall could be "hula-hoop", "shakin" and "aerial"...

Simon, it's Keira Knightley, who was in Doctor Zhivago (sp?) on ITV 1. Not that I watched it...
