Born and brought up watching UTV (from Limavady via the Derry transmitter, then from Divis then for a few months from Brougher Mountain), now living in YTV territory (Emley Moor) but can pick up Tyne Tees from Bilsdale and prefer watching it, and on a good day, I can get a decent Granada signal from Winter Hill.

Before ITV went on SkyDigital, I had seen clips of Border, HTV Wales and Central.

Born and brought up watching TVS (South East broadcasting from the Dover transmitter) Evening news being Coast to Coast with Mike Debens and Liz Wickham.

Nowadays its Meridian TV (from Whitely). Evening news: Meridian Tonight (news facilities at Vinters Park, Maidstone) presented by Phil Hornby (or Tompsett the Giant when Phil can't be bothered!) and Charlotte Hawkins.

BBC - started off watching the London transmission. News provided by Newsroom South East with Rob Curling/Guy Michelmore, until 2001 when we got our own transmitter/studios at Tunbridge Wells. Evening news: South East Today with Geoff Clark and Beverley Thompson.

Sorry, I got a bit 'news related' there.
