We're back...but it's a bit bare

You'll have to contact Asa about 'increasing' your post count (restoring it). But he said he will only restore people's post counts if there was enough interest.

Many of us agreed that we should keep our post counts as they are now and there was a whole debate on the subject of post counts (scrapping them, resetting etc).

Although it is a shame to see my 1940+ posts disappear, I doubt if I will ever get it restored because of such people saying that it does not matter or that we are in the same boat etc.

My personal feeling on this subject is that if Asa chooses to restore my post count then fine, but if he doesn't then it's not a real problem.

Something is definately wrong with putting images in signatures, I keep using this code, without the spaces of course: [img] url-goes-here [/img] and it does not seem to work with the option switched on, nor does it wanna do the simple thing and display text!!!!!

And for that matter, Profile Xtra is definately not working properly too, as I filled the bloody form out 3 times tonight and not once did it save it!

Asa's managed to get this forum up and running, don't just get all stressed cos a few things ain't working. You should be thanking him for getting this forum, and now to get all stressed out over a few things that ain't working.

At least say it construtivly.

Now everyone's post count's been reduced to zero members will feel motivated to make the most posts (even I felt a little bit tempted to "Oooh, I could be in the top 10 posters region if I post lots from now"

It works fine for me, and most other members by the look of it.

Wait, forget I said that, there would be a lot of things we couldn't do without computers... but then again life would be a lot easier... like my dad says every time he phones a company who say they can't do anything for him because "the computer's gone down".... what ever happened to good old fashioned pen and paper?
