I'm sure if you look at the finished ad sideways it says '2012'.

I have to say, the start of the Swiss Army Knife ad looks a bit post-watershed.

I like the way the ads have "Advertisement" in the bottom right hand corner for a few seconds, just in case viewers think they're watching Weetabix TV!
I guess this is a broadcast requirement in the same way as adverts in newspapers mocked up to look like articles have to be made clear it's an ad?
Either way they're nicely done. Probably even less recognisable but the old Carlton idents would be ripe for parodying with sparks coming off the Weetabix instead of the heart!

Yeah, I remember in September 2005 in the breaks between the Ashes cricket, KitKat ran an advert which had the batsman standing in the pitch eating a KitKat, and this had to have Advertisment put on it - presumably so people didn't think that it was actually in the live C4 coverage

Part of my new diet for the next 14 days, along with steamed Tuna and spinach or steamed Chicken and broccoli for lunch with pumpkin seeds and unsalted nuts to snack on.
Dinner and supper involves the use of George Foreman and a slowcooker.
Who says advertisements are powerless on the public eh. Some newbies added to my weekly shopping list..
Blueberries
Raspberries
Greens
Greek yoghurt
And
WEETABIX!
