Well I won't be watching. And typical it should only happen when E4 goes 24 hours.

It goes 24 hours at this time every year. I'm sure when Big Brother finishes the music videos won't decrease quality of the rest of the schedule

I wish E4 would be free on Sky too! Crying or Very sad

Would you end your subscription and lose all the other pay channels if it was?

What I don't get is though E4 isn't becoming free to air / view on Sky, once E4 is available on Freeview Sky will stop paying C4 for it's inclusion in the Sky Digital package.

I read somewhere (probably Digital Spy so don't take it too seriously) that because C4 were signed up for another couple of years, they are loosing their revenue from subs and that Sky get it as compensation until the contract ends. When the contract is up I guess that it will go FTA or FTV.

What about channels such as The Hits, TMF and FTN. They're subscription on Sky... do they get anything?

The BBC strike next Monday could be more widespread than anticipated.
Danny Baker on BBC London this morning at the end of his breakfast show announcing his last week next week.
But, they would NOT be broadcasting next Monday, due to the first of a series of strikes!
