Sorry if this has already been mentioned but....
The Weakest Link US will be shown on the BBC from next Friday. The Beeb have secured rights to show the whole series (28 editions I think) from NBC to be shown in an afternoon slot.

Now we can see what the fuss is about Smile

Great news! (They should get the Aussi version as well)

I have seen the French version of it, and it isn't very good.
The French have a lack of ability when it comes to throwing insults!
Hopefully the Aussie version will make it over here, although it is likely that it will be put on BBC Choice, or perhaps a new Weakest Link Channel?

I wonder if theres some thing in the contract forign channels sign that gives the BEEB the rights to buy the rights cheeper or some thing??

I'd guess so. I know the 'battle' regarding NBC and BBC over Anne Robinson but regarding the actual show, I'm sure NBC wish to thank the Beeb for restoring their primetime! It'll be nice to see those Weakest Link 'skyline' looking opening titles and NBC endcap on Friday.
