Does the BBC still produce Weakest Link episodes or are those currently airing on BBC2 re-runs of previously aired episodes?

Yeah they still produce, in fact a Doctor Who special aired in March..

No idea if the ones on TV are repeats (I don't watch that often), but they must be still making it, as I had an audition for it a couple of weeks ago!

They tend to produce around 120 new episodes per year. However, they air them across the twelve months with repeats in between. Last week there were four repeats and one new episode airing on Wednesday.

So nearly half of the episodes in the year are new? Is the maximum prize on 2 still £10,000? That's roughly equivalent to what the top contestant in my homecountry can potentially win. And howabout the contestant's podiums/boards, are they electronic?

Yes, it's still £10,000 (though no-one's ever won anything close to that) and no, the contestants still write on boards which they then hold up.

Interesting... you know-it-all swotty pants you. Any news on whether you got to the main show?

I was on the Weakest Link 18 months ago and I've only seen my episode once! However I believe its been on 1 more time since, but I never saw it!

It was great fun to do!!! Robinson is worse in real life than she is on TV, and No I was not the first to be voted off on my show!! A blonde model was! LOL

I'm sure it would be in the news if Weakest Link was axed! Even if it was, the BBC have so many episodes, they could still show them for many years to come!!
