Everyone could have seen that happening.

I knew it would be axed sooner or later, but it could have continued for a few more years I reckon, if not longer. The entire cast has changed since the first series, and it's still a hugely popular show.

Hardly seems to have been worth relocating to scotland for.

Think they'll end it by having the school close down - or even be destroyed? Wouldn't be unusual for this show. The school has been threatened with closure a few times previously, and in one episode, someone started a fire which could've led to the school burning down.

As you said, the school closing down or being completely destroyed wouldn't be unusual for Waterloo Road. The BBC have said that they'll be "sending the show out on a high" meaning that anything's possible really.

Started at the bottom, downhill ever since. Although I didn't mind it at the beginning it was always pretty trashy.

It was ridiculous - I also like the fact they used the English + Welsh 'PACE' Caution when a character got arrested for a statutory offence in E+W, not Scots Law...

Never been the same since Amanda Burton and Eva Pope left and it moved up to Scotland.

I preferred Waterloo Road when it was in Rochdale too, if I'm honest.
