five are now launching a new programme about the RN ship HMS Illustrious and aim to give an insight to the Royal navy and The Ships Company - But Why?

It wont be accurate because of possible security threats, also i feel the Royal Navy dont want to show how they are not as strong as they used to be and don't want the media getting hold of bad press about them - considering what happened with the 2007 Hostages. I feel this programme will not be as in-depth and as real as the Royal Marine equivilent, Commando - On the Front Line broadcast by ITV in late 2007.

Also it's broadcast on five. Which i feel is a non-starter anyway. Even now, not everybody can receive five and therefore will never get the viewing figures ITV Got with Commando or the BBC got with Shipmates. I'm pretty sure it will be an interesting documentary, but i just don't think that it's going to be as good as the programmes that have gone before it.

.. Or maybe im talking absolute tosh and deserve to be locked in my CPU?
