I think All New Johnnyboy ought to purchase it as his new business headquarters.

We could turn it into a big TV Presentations Museum, complete with a gym in which to re-enact the BBC1 dancer idents, and a large blue and yellow stage for TVF members to prance around on like ITV celebrities.
