Jamie used to work on national radio, and could well be a national newsreader or perhaps on News 24 or something. Sara has been there since the early 1980s and I doubt she'll move from BBC Wales.

Sara was actually a continuity announcer with HTV West before moving to BBC Wales in the late 80's. Jamie was a continuity announcer with Radio 4, before becoming a pres announcer for BBC Wales and then went on to journo land with Wales Today.
Personally, I don't think Jamie's style is what national news is looking for. He's too 'old' BBC in his style compared the likes of Edwards, Embley etc....
