Nice to see re-runs of Wallace and Gromit being shown. Although I was not sure at first, I suppose that they have become a cult symbol enough to be shown on BBC Four. Great to watch such classic programmes again.

Nothing to do with being a 'cult'. They're showing it as part of the 'Animation Nation' series, which tonight was about childrens animation

And incidentally the episode of Wallace and Gromit shown last night... was the same one shown earlier in the day on BBC ONE!

Seems to have become a bank holiday tradition as we've had W&G for the last couple of bank holidays on BBC ONE after Animal Park.

"Ee these Bank 'olidays!"

Of course, I can watch all three episodes of W&G anytime I want as I have the DVD - which includes the W&G ident and animations used on BBC2 in 1995! Although now I've seen all three so many times I wish they'd make some more!
