Ah yes, I remember... one had a picture of Tony Bliar smiling at the end and proclaiming, "Welcome to Britain!".

No you idiot. That was The Simpsons.

Honestly, Chris.

Wosrt of all it is ACTUALLY on the visit Britain ads. Sooner Tony Bliar is removed from the throne the more safer the people will be from being asked any questions about the Bliar family!!!!! (I hate being asked questions about that awful family - here in Den Haag - most people really distrust him, here!)

I think alot of the ads, certainly in the US, concentrate on the Royal aspect and the history of London etc.

Must say the new Visit Wales ads are fantastic - visiting placenames you can't pronounce etc.

Why should they bother airing "Visit Britain" advertisements to those that already live in Britain? A bit pointless really...
I meant to say: "What are the Visit Britain adverts like in other countries?"

There is global spin for you! It is like Portsmouth F.C. being represented by Southampton players Pale

That is why we have a monarchy! To stop him taking the throne!

As a monarchist, I support the monarchy. However, in England, Scotland, Wales, N. Ireland, there are republicans, who deserve to be represented. You could advertise the history of monarchy, but I don't think the modern monarchy. Maybe I'm wrong, but hey!
