Even the hosts of Ireland AM have a hard time saying 'Virgin Media One' and 'Virgin Media News Hub'.
Virgin One or V One would have been perfectly acceptable. You don't see the BBC calling it British Broadcasting Corporation One do you.
Most people are likely to still call it TV3 anyway most likely given the name is such a tongue twister.
VM One possibly - but I wonder if Virgin Media not being part of the Branson empire means they may have licensed specific brands such as 'Virgin Media' as their brand rather than just 'Virgin'?
It appears when Virgin Mobile was purchased from Virgin Group by Flextech to create Virgin Media a licensing deal was struck to continue using the Virgin brand, but I suspect this has restrictions?

And I spotted a new ident for VM Two.
It has a work office setting with a big version of the logo being used as a "window" with a garden/natural setting with plants, grass and butterflies appearing around the logo.
Which says what about the channel exactly? How does a garden scene in the middle of an office convey that the channel is full of repeats of Jeremy Kyle and Tipping Point?

Not sure
But I just spotted another ident.
This time it's a cityscape with the VM Two logo revealing a cloudy setting with parachuters flying out from the logo.
I guess it could say that VM Two is the "alternative" to VM One
That Ireland AM logo looks weird in the aston (or whatever thats called). The bigger AM in the orange colour just looks out of place compared to the rest of it. The DOG also looks huge. Hopefully that's just to draw attention to the new name and it will be toned down in size and opacity in a few weeks. It could also do with being a bit more into the corner.
