Wonder how far down the line the process they are.

It could just be a passing thought or days away from being owned by them!

Any particular reason you have directly lifted a post from digital spy and pasted it over here with the added comment you thought of all by yourself?

Take a little look here...

Oh, hes moved from being a Sky fanatic to a Virgin Media fanatic.

Seriously mods, can't you do something? It's getting a tad ridiculous now.

Paul Akinbola, if you do not cease posting and forward this message to 200,000 other trolls in two minutes then your ISP will change your default Email address to 'loser' and your computer will open its metal guts, spew out four thousand homing pigeons who will proceed to use you as a public convenience, and then will suck you in, transmogrify you and cause you to re-emerge as Nick Harvey.

In the face of Sky cutting their Sky+ subscription charges, you'd half expect it.... Nice box, shame about the face.. and the remote... and UI... but it records so that's alright, isn't it? Not that either..

Virgin Media will make its high definition V+ personal video recorder available to new customers taking its top tier "XL" cable TV service for free, the cable operator confirmed to DS this afternoon.

New customers taking the lower "M" and "L" tiers will be charged £5 per month. An installation charge of £150 will apply to all new V+ installations.

However, existing customers will not be eligible for the new pricing. Subscribers who already have a V+ in addition to an "XL" TV pack will continue to pay £10 per month while those on "M" and "L" packs will continue to pay £15 per month.

That Digital Spy report is different from what the actual Virgin Media website says.

http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/existingcustomers/v_plus.html

It says that existing customers can switch to this new system for £100

That's good timing for me.

I have nine or ten months left to run on my contract so would have to pay £100 over the course of my contract so will give them a call tomorrow and switch to this new payment thing.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but are Virgin Media still planning on offering customers to change their email address from @ntlworld.com to @virginmedia.com?
If so, when?
